Good Times

As promised here are pictures from my trip to St. George. I got to spend a few glorious days with my cousin and one of my all time favorite people Leslie Coy and her oh so wonderful family. The pictures of our hike through Zions National Park. I loved that place and if I weren't such a wimp I may have rock climbed up the straight cliffs. LOL Well I may not be that enthusiastic about the outdoors but there were some crazy people who were rock climbing up the cliffs. It totally freaked me out. Luckily my two feet stayed firmly on the ground. I want to give a quick little note to each of my cute little Leonard co. kids. Aaron you are one smart kid. Keep up the love of books and science and don't forget to eat your vegetables. Brinlie you were so kind and thoughtful. Thank you so much for being my friend you are a sweetheart and thank you for letting me use your room. Carter what more can I say to you kiddo then "It Takes Two" will never be the same song for me. You keep dancing and entertaining because it is a talent that you have. Darylyn my little sweet cheeks. You are just a ray of sunshine and were just my little buddy. Remember to brush your hair, teeth, and say your prayers. :) Little Emma who is just the cutiest, cuddly baby. She will grow up to be a looker. And last but certainly not least Scott... OK not one of the kids but co-owner of the company. Thank you so much for everything. You are a wonderful person and I appreciate your words of wisdom and perspective. (PS - may need notes from the discussion we all had. May take you up on the idea and write it) LOVE YOU LEONARDS :)

Even though it is a little blurry I have to say one of the best pictures EVER!!!

Cystic Fibrosis Walk

This is the 5th year that the Bryant team has been represented at the CF Great Strides walk. We are also expanding our team into Oklahoma (see Alethia's blog), and hopefully Kentucky, and Iowa. The Phoenix CF Great Strides walks was great this year. Granted it was a little warm but it was wonderful none the less. Holly and I both loved the support and help we have received this year. We are truly blessed. Just wanted to give you a little story of how the day went. Holly and I volunteered to be on the walk committee this year. We were in charge of the kids corner. Boy did we not realize what we were getting into. Thanks to my roommates Lindsay & Heidi (mostly Lindsay's fam.) we were able to have a popcorn & cotton candy machine. Every year it is a different challenge and this was no exception. Don't get me wrong everyone loved our kids corner but it was messy, chaotic, and a whole lot of FUN. Kids as well as adults kept coming back for more. With some of us trying to catch bits of cotton candy that was floating in the air. (now that would have been a great picture) Unfortunately mom couldn't walk but she stepped right up and did what she does best and made people smile. Everyone complimented me on how my mother was just one of the nicest people. And I fully agreed with them but of course we all know I am a bias judge. Anyway it was a great day and again thanks to everyone who came out and supported us. We look forward to this next year. The fam. Hans, Holly, Kelsie, Me, Ashley, RJ, Mom, & Dad

Fabulous Life

There is much to be celebrated in the life of Breann. Or at least I think there is. My semester is almost done and I am currently passing all my classes with grades that are great. (knock on wood the finals go well). Just got back from a WONDERFUL weekend in St. George, UT. Spending time with my dearest cousin and bestest friend Leslie. Along with her crew of Scott, Aaron, Brinlie, Carter, Darlyn, & Emma. We went to Zions National Park (pictures to come). Also I was able to attend a session in the St. George temple with Leslie. It was beautiful and so peaceful. Was able to have lunch with one of my friends Leann Hardy who moved to St. George about 6 months ago. So happy that things are working out for her there.
I can't express enough how much I truly blessed I am. Going away and just spending my time thinking and contemplating life was just what I needed to get some perspective. A big thanks goes to both Leslie & Scott for spending some late evenings talking it up about singles life and family life. And helping me realize that I am not a warped out person because I am 28 and not married. So here is hoping that I can keep the positive flow of life and grow to my potential.
Don't worry Leslie I did not forget the plan just need to have some courage to put the plan in motion. (say a little prayer for me. :)
Looking forward to the adventures of Oklahoma and Crystal & Curtis's visit. Once again life is Fabulous and there is a lot to be grateful for.
Love you all. :)

Long Day

As you may or may not notice it is the wee hours of the morning and I am posting on my blog.
It has been just one of those days that you wonder where did it go and what did I get done. There has been much confusion and question of what Breann does with her time and honestly I don't know what I do with it either. :) Today was a great example of that. Work, school, and FHE took up the entire day. Found out my sociology final is MUCH earlier than originally on the syllabus. So I am in panic mode trying to finish up psychology, sociology and public admin courses. Forgot how hard it is to keep up with homework. The classes have been great though and I have learned a lot and probably forgot more. ;)
Also for those of you who do not know I am taking road trips and projects the next few weekends.
St. George here I come. I am heading off Friday to visit one of my nearest and dearest friends Leslie Coy Brimhall Leonard. SO EXCITED!!! Time to party like it is 1997 with a few kids and a husband in tow. (Love you Scott)
Then it is back to the valley of the Sun to finish up my classes and prepare for my next trip.
O k l a h o m a (yes I am singing the song in my head) to be able to spend almost a whole week with two of my fabulous sisters and the coolest families I know is just the frosting on a cake for me.
Last weekend in May seems to be the busiest one yet. I am working on a service project for my ward. It is a campout/clean up for a boys and girls public camp. Our ward goes every year and this year I am in charge as well as my friend Jessica. We are pulling out our hair trying to pull this off.
Crystal, Curtis, and Vance are coming to visit. YEAH!!! It seems like forever since I saw them. Even though it has been only a few months. Still I am totally pumped for them to come.

So that pretty much sums it up. Family, Friends, Finals, and Fun to be had this month. Keep posted for pictures and recaps of all the happenings.
